About Your Report of Mailing & Customer of Interest Report
The Report of Mailing section describes the type of mailing and/or e-mail your customer received last month. Please note that E-Alerts and E-Cards are sent only to your customers for whom we received a valid e-mail address.
The Customer of Interest section indicates customer responses and leads that your Continuity Program generated last month, and past inquiries that are now due for a follow-up call. It also informs you if your customer provided a referral.
This report provides you with opportunities to further communicate with your customers! For example, you could call the customers listed to tell them you still appreciate their business and are always available to help. Or, you could call to let them know you received their inquiry and/or thank them for the referral.
