Job Summary: This position is ideal for an energetic, self-motivated, reliable individual who enjoys performing a variety of detail oriented, customer focused tasks in a high-energy team environment. This person would be responsible for timely data entry and providing stellar support to both customers, when answering the phone, and internal departments.

Job Responsibilities and Key Duties:

  • Reception tasks/answering phones with a smile
  • Provide exemplary Customer Service
  • Data Entry
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High school or equivalent; Students welcome to apply
  • Previous data entry a plus
  • Previous Customer Service experience a plus
  • Previous experience with CRM software a plus

Abilities and Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-Motivated, reliable, friendly and energetic
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must complete work with a superior level of accuracy and minimal supervision
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment when prioritizing the completion of a variety of time critical tasks
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Must be able to perform superior customer service in both oral and written formats
  • Must be likeable

Compensation is dependent on experience
