Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final. This sweepstakes cycle begins on January 19, 2015 and concludes March 30, 2015. To enter, click on the Entry Form on Continuity Programs’ Facebook page and upload a photo of your best direct mail marketing design during the submission round from January 19, 2015 to February 23, 2015. One entry per participant is permitted. Up to 5 photo submissions will then be selected to move on to a voting round March 2, 2015 to March 30, 2015. The photo submission that receives the most votes at the completion of the voting round will win $300 cash. One potential winner will be randomly selected and notified by email and/or phone. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in Continuity Programs’ discretion. Winner will have one week to claim their prize with Continuity Programs. A check will be sent to the winner within 3-4 weeks of claiming their prize within the one week claim period. No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Sponsor’s agency’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper for the sweepstakes. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by Continuity Programs, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs and taxes other than those specifically identified in the prize description. Open to legal U.S. citizens, residing in the United States. Void in PR and where prohibited by law. Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Continuity Programs’ employees, distributors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Winners grant to Continuity Programs the right to use their name, photograph, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission where prohibited by law. Winner releases Continuity Programs from any liability arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. Continuity Programs is not responsible for the photo/design/image/material any participant uploads to the Facebook page in regards to intellectual property rights or copyrights. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Each entrant or participant agrees to a complete release of Facebook. The entrant or participant is providing information to Continuity Programs not to Facebook. Privacy: Any entry information collected from the sweepstakes shall be used in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these official rules and with the sponsor’s privacy policy.
